Warren Henry Auto hosts a Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive in support of Movember
North Miami, FL– September 15th, 2021- The first Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive in Miami (DGD) took to the streets on Sunday, September 26th, 2021, in celebration of classic motoring events to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health. In its inaugural year, DGD featured over 120 drives in over 41 countries, rousing the roads of cities such as Miami, London, and New York, setting the future of automotive fundraising in motion. Warren Henry Auto Group matched the total amount collected by the Miami participants. Director of both The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride and Drive, Mark Hawwa stated: “That is single-handedly the biggest donation DGD has received.”

Lead by the team steering The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR), which is currently the world’s most successful on-road fundraising event that has united more than 310,000 enthusiasts in over 750 cities and 117 countries raising $31.5M USD since 2012. Warren Henry Auto Group in partnership with The Distinguished Gentleman’s Drive has prepared for impressive results and is excited to get its wheels in motion with a purpose.

Just as DGR has a focus on sartorial style and vintage vehicles, DGD will follow suit. In this event, we welcomed cars built before January 1980 and encouraged its drivers to carry on the dapper style and gentlemanly conduct that perfectly complements classic and collector’s cars by raising funds on behalf of our charity partner, Movember.
Movember is the only charity tackling men’s health on a global scale, all year-round. They’re addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men and are leading thousands of research and community initiatives to deliver innovative health care and engaging awareness programs. In 15 years, Movember has funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world and saved countless lives.
This partnership connects men to their health and raises awareness about prostate cancer. Warren Henry Auto Group was excited to contribute to the worldwide event, by hosting their very own drive and luncheon to honor the event at Beat Culture in Miami, Florida. Larry Zinn, Executive General Manager of Warren Henry Auto Group, has always felt that men’s health is important and wanted to get more involved in supporting the cause. “Participating in this event was not a question of if but when. We felt that an obligation to the cause and couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our endless love and passion for classic cars.” said Larry Zinn, Executive General Manager.
Founder of both The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride and Drive, Mark Hawwa, gives insight into the welcomed addition into the automotive industry. “I cannot think of a better way to unite all facets of the classic car community from the drivers of concourse vehicles to the drivers who enjoy long drives and don’t mind a stone chip. This event is about uniting for a great cause. We have all lost friends and loved ones close to us, we have all experienced mental health struggles in one form or another. This is our way of using our passion to help the men and their families around us. I personally look forward to seeing the entire global community driving together as one; to hear their stories, to see their vehicles, and to get out and drive for men’s health.”
