Aventura, FL (October 28, 2022) Warren Henry Auto Group was proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 100 Black Men of South Florida golf tournament that was hosted at the JW Marriott Turnberry Isle resort, on Friday, October 28th. The 100 Black Men Inc. mentors underserved kids in the inner city and have numerous chapters across the United States. The event was executed by the South Florida division of the organization, and its purpose was to raise funds for programmatic initiatives such as DHGLA – Dr. Harold Guinyard Leadership Academy and the Dr. Albert E. Dotson, Sr. Scholarship for Black Youth in the South Florida community. The tournament’s participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf; contests such as the longest drive and closest to the pin; a silent auction as well as gourmet food on the course.

The 100 Black Men of America, Inc. was founded under the premise that every African American person should have the ability to create the life they’ve always wanted, and this is the opportunity the organization aims to provide. They commit to personifying the type of role model their children will look up to and eventually become. The 100 Black Men Inc. provides these children with another choice in life by being around like-minded individuals who have similar aspirations and goals.

As the Network of 100 Black Men of America has expanded, they have acquired more companies and programs to assist in facilitating the education and empowerment necessary to change the course of the kids’ lives. Through the expansion, they’ve also created 100 Black Men Chapters that deliver unique programs that address specific needs in local communities.

The Warren Henry Auto Group started their involvement with the South Florida chapter of the organization in 2012 and have continued to lend support to the cause. “As a company whose values align with equal opportunity for all people, we are proud sponsors of the 100 Black Men of South Florida’s golf tournament which continues to advance the education of the underserved youth in our community, “stated Larry Zinn, Executive General Manager.
