Aventura, FL (January 15, 2022) – On Sunday, January 15th, Warren Henry Auto Group presented another Motorcar Cavalcade, a celebration made for car enthusiasts and connoisseurs on the luscious fairway of the JW Mariott Turnberry hotel.

Since its inception in 2021, Motorcar Cavalcade has quickly become one of the country’s leading auto shows featuring the finest of vintage and modern sporting automobiles. The event, now in its second year, continues to bring connoisseurs and enthusiasts from around the world to converge in Aventura, while they celebrate the ultimate in automotive design, engineering, and camaraderie. Guests were greeted with fine champagne from a lounge hosted by Laurent-Perrier who also showcased their 1968 Citroen DS, “Bubbles”.

The panel of judges for the afternoon featured popular sports stars and some of the world’s leading automotive figures including, Motorsports Hall of Fame racing legends Lyn St. James and Tommy Kendall. It also consisted of many other icons such as former Miami Heat basketball player Alonzo Mourning, and internationally recognized Grammy Award-winning artist, Wyclef Jean.

The year’s staging brought an incredible lineup of cars that have never been seen in South Florida. To add a touch of Hollywood, this year’s concours featured an extremely rare yet distinctly recognizable 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder, used in the 1986 movie Ferris Bueller’s Day off. This exceptional vehicle was brought to the show by Hagerty.

Guests admired a collection of classic and modern vehicles including a major, exciting debut from the Texas-based Hennessey family who unveiled – for the first time in public – the new Venom F5 Revolution, a custom hypercar engineered to exceed 300 mph as the world’s most exhilarating open-air driving experience.

While the event boasted many notables, the day concluded with the announcement of this year’s ‘Best of Show’ winners which included the Mehran Aryafar 2021 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT Black Series in the Modern category and 1928 Auburn 8-115 Speedster in the Classic category. Winners were announced by emcee Bill Rothermel, and Warren Zinn and Erik Day.
