WARREN HENRY AUTO GROUP LAUNCHES INAUGURAL HER AWARDS TO CELEBRATE SOUTH FLORIDA FEMALE STUDENT-ATHLETES

North Miami, FL (May 2026) — Warren Henry Auto Group (WHAG) proudly hosted its first-ever Tournament of Champions HER Awards at the Warren Henry Auto Group Headquarters in North Miami, Florida. The inaugural event expanded the organization’s long-running Tournament of Champions program to recognize outstanding female student-athletes from high schools throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

For more than a decade, the Tournament of Champions has celebrated exceptional athletic achievement among South Florida student-athletes. The introduction of the HER Awards marks a significant milestone for Warren Henry Auto Group by creating a dedicated platform that honors female athletes who demonstrate excellence in competition, leadership in their communities, and dedication in the classroom.

The inaugural HER Awards recognized one outstanding female student-athlete from each participating high school across 17 different sports. The program was designed to spotlight some of South Florida’s most talented young women and provide meaningful recognition for their accomplishments, perseverance, and commitment to their respective sports.

As part of Warren Henry Auto Group’s continued investment in youth development and community engagement, each honoree received a commemorative award recognizing her as one of the top athletes in her sport across South Florida. More than a trophy, the award serves as a symbol of leadership, discipline, teamwork, and determination—qualities that help shape future leaders both on and off the field.

The HER Awards brought together female student-athletes, coaches, families, educators, and community leaders for an evening dedicated to empowerment, achievement, and celebration. Prior to the awards ceremony, attendees participated in a special beauty and confidence session hosted by celebrity makeup artist Dawn Ferguson, providing an inspiring experience focused on self-confidence and personal growth.

One of the evening’s highest honors was the presentation of the Athlete of the Year Award to Willow White, whose achievements, character, and dedication distinguished her among an exceptional group of nominees from across South Florida.

The launch of the Tournament of Champions HER Awards reflects Warren Henry Auto Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting education, athletics, and youth leadership throughout South Florida.
