WARREN HENRY AUTO GROUP CELEBRATES 4TH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM GRADUATION CEREMONY

Last week, eight Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) technicians graduated from the Warren Henry Auto Group (WHAG) apprenticeship program, receiving plaques for program completion, Level 1 JLR ASE Certification (out of four ASE certifications), and a celebratory lunch. Thiago Javier Rodriguez was recognized as Student of the Year by management. His dedication to learning about the automotive industry and commitment throughout his apprenticeship set him apart.

“If you don’t grow and focus on knowledge, you will limit your potential,” said Dayron Gonzalez, Service Director for all WHAG service departments.

The apprenticeship program not only teaches the technical skills required for a successful career in the automotive industry but also provides valuable lessons for daily life. Upon graduation, these technicians are guaranteed a career at one of WHAG’s three JLR locations. Graduates have the opportunity to advance within the company, earn additional certifications, and grow their careers in the automotive industry, with WHAG fully supporting their professional development.

If you, or someone you know, is interested in becoming an automotive technician, WHAG offers a free apprenticeship program across our JLR locations. The program lasts 20 months and runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The first half of each day consists of lectures and coursework, while the second half is dedicated to hands-on training in real-world automotive service.
