When you purchase a Jaguar, it comes with a new vehicle limited warranty. The new vehicle limited warranty is extended to 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever first. There may be additional information, terms, and conditions so always ensure to review your passport to service that is provided with your new Jaguar.

New Vehicle Scheduled Maintenance Coverage

Jaguar makes it easier to keep your car in top shape by including scheduled covered maintenance. Included in your passport to service is complimentary scheduled maintenance coverage for 5 years or 60,000 miles on all new Jaguar models. When it is time to get serviced, an interval indicator will appear to tell you, when necessary, vehicle maintenance needs to be scheduled.

To receive your scheduled maintenance, you must bring your vehicle to an authorized Jaguar Retailer within a month or 1000 miles of your scheduled service interval. Failure to do so may cause the customer not to receive the missed interval service.

In some cases, owners may wish to have their oil changed more frequently than the require scheduled maintenance. These extra services are performed on a customer-pay basis and the service interval indicator does not reset.

Having your vehicle serviced and maintained at the specified interval is critical to maintaining its long-term durability. Failure to do this may invalidate the warranty under certain circumstances.

Jaguar Roadside Assistance

Wherever you happen to be in the U.S., 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Jaguar is always there to help; you can rely on their 24hr roadside assistance system. Complimentary roadside assistance applies as long as your car is under warranty. If your warranty has expired, assistance is still available for a charge. Jaguar roadside assistance will take your car to an authorized Jaguar Retailer. If your car still can’t be repaired quickly, they organize and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 50 miles from home, they will pay for your hotel accommodation and alternative transportation.

A battery warranty that goes the extra mile

Jaguar also caters to its clients that have electric cars. The batteries in the all-electric Jaguar I-PACE are covered by a warranty for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. During this time, if the batteries drop below a 70 percent state of health, they will be covered.
