An exceptional air-cooled Porsche, this 1978 Porsche 911 SC was professionally transformed by renowned Porsche specialist Patrick Motorsports into a stunning 911 ST-inspired backdate, combining the iconic look of an early long-hood 911 with the performance of a later-generation Porsche 3.6-liter flat-six.

At the heart of the build is a 993-generation 3.6L DME naturally aspirated flat-six, paired with a Euro 915 5-speed manual transmission featuring a limited-slip differential and transmission oil cooler. The combination delivers the analog character of a classic 911 with substantially upgraded performance.

The transformation extends far beyond cosmetics. Patrick Motorsports performed an extensive all-steel ST-style body conversion, including steel front fenders, steel ST-style rear quarter flares, a long-hood conversion, and early-style bodywork. The chassis was carefully prepared and refinished in classic L-908 Grand Prix White.

Additional performance upgrades include 964 brake calipers, an RS-style oil cooler, a limited-slip differential, and an Odyssey AGM battery.

Inside, a distinctive navy blue M-Tex interior was completed by Patrick Motorsports' in-house upholstery department, creating a striking contrast with the Grand Prix White exterior while maintaining the purposeful, period-inspired character of the ST theme.
