Health Week at Warren Henry Auto Group

Miami, FL – May 21st-Warren Henry Auto Group celebrated Health Week, from May 10th to May 14th with the goal of supporting healthy lifestyles for our employees. Finding a balance between work, life and health can be difficult but it’s in the best interest of our mind, body, daily life, and future plans that we find healthy habits. From making time to eat regular meals, walking for 30 minutes daily, taking “screen breaks”, or staying hydrated, these are all beneficial habits that can help our lifestyles.

As we transition our focus from the importance of mental health resulting from challenges we faced last year we decided to bring in health providers that focus on our physical state.
The week started with a massage therapist on-site on Monday and a chiropractor on Tuesday. Everyone enjoyed and relaxed during these sessions. On Thursday, HerScan came onsite to administer Breast Ultrasound Screenings and on Friday we took care of our mental and physical health with a free Yoga session on-site from Roll Out your Mat.
