CARPE DIEM CHIROPRACTIC ON-SITE!

Employees had the opportunity to visit Carpe Diem’s chiropractor Dr. Barak Meraz office, on-site, this past Tuesday, September 8th. Each visit took not more than 30 minutes which were divided into 10 minutes with the massage therapist, 10 minutes with the stretch therapist, and 10 minutes with Dr. Barak Meraz. He has currently offices in both Fort Lauderdale and Plantation, Florida. Among the services he offered were: stretching the injured muscle, adjusting the joint that correlates to the injury, and physical therapy exercises and stretches.

Stress can cause defensiveness, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating, and can reduce productivity. That’s why we are excited to be supporting employees’ efforts on their well-being, especially during these difficult times. Our hope is to keep bringing programs like this, centered on the health and well-being of our employees. From on-site dentist visits to mobile blood drive collection, success can only be achieved by having healthy employees.
