Warren Henry Service Technicians work on hundreds of vehicles each day. We invest heavily in the education of our Technicians. Our team is well trained and has experience servicing some of the industry’s most prestigious brands encompassing many makes and models. Meticulous and skillful, all our Service Technicians are factory trained and ASE Certified and they are encouraged to treat each vehicle as if it were their own. Entry level position. Performs standard vehicle repairs. Tasks may include but not limited to changing brake pads and rotors, replacing vehicle fluids, and replacing vehicle batteries.



Main function of an internal technician is to complete repairs pertaining to unsold vehicles such as PDI (pre-delivery inspections) and pre-owned vehicles.



A certified technician has completed the necessary requirements mandated by the OEM to reach the level of certification he/she is trying to achieve.



A senior technician primarily diagnoses and completes the most complex repairs to the vehicle.



A Master technician has achieved all the necessary training and certifications required by the OEM. He/she is a master in their trait and has the ability to work through the most complex and challenging diagnoses and repairs to the vehicle.
