FIRST YEAR AT WHA
Our new hires rev up their career path with new hire orientation, where they learn about our organizations family legacy and our customer centric approach. From there, our employees receive hands on training in Customer Service, Business Development and Customer Relationship Management. Our new hires will also receive a training schedule ranging from Communication Training to Role Specific Training. Our new hires are partnered with our emerging leaders throughout their onboarding time to ensure that they have a support team.
Warren Henry University is the introduction of the tools, training and resources that our employees have available to them. Onboarding our new hires, not matter their level of experience, ensures that they will be successful professionally at Warren Henry.
