At Warren Henry, our onboarding process is essential to ensuring our new team members are welcomed and provided with the best resources for success. Prior to a new team member’s first day, they are provided with first-day expectations, information and welcome messages. Day one, which is also their Orientation day, includes the Employee Orientation presentation, assistance in setting up new hire accounts, introduction to tools used, guidance through new hire paperwork, facility tours and lastly, meeting their team. During this process, the new team member will be exposed to the different aspects of our company culture.
