Vice President and CFO of Warren Henry Auto Group, South Florida's premier automotive group, has worked closely with the entire management team to provide supporting oversight on both strategic and tactical operational matters involving sales, service, and parts for the last eight years. He oversees the day-to-day operations with respect to finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, payroll, benefits and insurance, compliance, treasury, corporate planning, and risk management for all 9 franchises spanning seven locations and including more than 300 employees.

Erik has been in the automotive business for 20 years and has the distinct advantage of having experience in the Captive Finance, Manufacturer, and Retail sides of the business; offering a unique perspective from all aspects of the automotive industry that are traits not typically seen in this business.

Erik received an undergraduate Business degree in 1992 with a concentration in Marketing from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY.  In 1995, he received an MBA in International Finance from Nova Southeastern University (Wayne Huizinga School of Business & Entrepreneurship).

He began his career with Ford Motor Credit in 1993 working on the consumer credit side of the business.  From 1995 to 2000 he worked in commercial lending for World Omni / SET Finance in capacities as Dealer Credit Analyst, National Dealer Credit Manager, and National Business Development Manager, and was instrumental in the start-up of that company's private label business.

Erik was a co-developer of FAMAS AVANTI in 1996, financial software developed for the analysis and reporting of automotive dealership data licensed throughout the automotive commercial lending industry.  He is also a published author contributing articles to the Journal of Lending & Credit Risk Management in 1998.

From 2000 to 2005, Erik held varying assignments with Jaguar Land Rover North America as Market Area Manager, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, and Regional Manager; overseeing the Southeastern United States for the car company. Erik then joined Warren Henry Auto Group in 2005 as CFO and a strategic partner. In the last seven year period, he has been involved in all aspects of the business, which has seen tremendous growth and challenges.

In 2009, Erik was selected as a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal's CFO of the Year Award, and nominated again in both 2010 and 2011. Additionally, Erik also sits on the Board of Directors for the Florida Automobile Dealer Association and serves on the Ethics sub-committee where he helps to drive policy for the industry in the state of Florida and participates on a national level with NADA.
